It's important to know that the small things you do for others mean a lot, but not everything is perfect! Every baker and cook has his/her fail stories, like dropping a cake, not giving the pizza dough enough time to rise, or, like me, lining a cookie sheet with wax paper when baking cookies for the first time (whoops).
What I love about baking is seeing the smiles on people's faces when they try my food and desserts. I plan to earn my Bachelor's in Business Administration at the University of Michigan, and then advance into my culinary aspirations by going to the Cul inary Institute of America in New York - I'm a businesswoman and restaurateur in the making! Along with my current business, I'm fortunate to have ambitious goals for my future. My mother introduced me to baking and holding a chef knife when I was four, and the kitchen has been my home ever since!
